WSOC-TV reports, former Manowar guitarist Karl Logan will make his first court appearance on child pornography charges as early as Tuesday. He could be facing time in federal prison on these federal charges against him. Logan was arrested for allegedly possessing child pornography on August 9th in Charlotte, NC. The ex-guitarist was charged with six counts of third-degree sexual exploitation of a minor. Arrest warrants of these offenses took place between June 18th and August 2nd, 2018. The warrants disturbingly read how Logan was in possession of several videos that depicted girls between the ages of 4 and 12 engaged in a variety of sexual acts with unidentified men.

According to WSOC-TV, Logan’s attorney, Brad Smith, said he has been, “extremely cooperative with the investigation from the beginning, and he’ll continue to do that.” Following Logan’s arrest, a bail was set at $35,000, which he has since bonded out. Logan is now waiting for his first court appearance.

Manowar issued a brief statement back in October 2018 addressing that Logan will not perform with the group during their Final Battle World Tour. The band have since recruited E.V. Martel as Logan’s replacement. Check out the remaining tour dates here.
