In a recent interview with Chile’s Futuro 88.9FM, Slash talked about his plans for 2019. Those plans include touring with his band Slash Featuring Myles Kennedy and the Conspirators until August and then hitting the road with Guns N’ Roses in October. The guitarist went on to say that he would be working on two albums after that. One of those records, he said, would be the new ‘Guns’ record. There has been much talk, this year, about a new GN’R record but Slash admitted that they haven’t done much with it adding they were going to “sort of focus on that.”
Still not a solid announcement of a record in the works, but things are heading in the right direction. Stay tuned.
Guns N’ Roses will be one of the headliners of this years Louder Than Life festival.
