Kittie to release live film of 20th Anniversary show

In 2017, all-female metal band Kittie celebrated their 20th anniversary with a massive show in London, ON at the London Music Hall. Now, that show is being released as a live film!

Kittie: Live At The London Music Hall is set for release on March 26 through Vimeo. A trailer for the film was released on Tuesday along with a pre-order for the film.

The concert took place on October 27, 2017n. Vocalist Morgan Lander said in the trailer, the performance celebrated the band’s entire career. It marked their first performance together in four years as the show was part of the premiere of the band’s anniversary documentary, Origins/Evolutions. Over the course of three sets, there were special appearances from former band members, including original members Fallon Bowman and Tanya Candler, bassists Ivy Vujic and Jennifer Arroyo, and guitarist Jeff Phillips.

Kittie is currently Morgan Lander on vocals, Mercedes Lander on drums and Tara McLeod on lead guitar. The band released their last studio album, I’ve Failed You, in 2011. In March 2018, Origins/Evolutions was released on DVD and Blu-Ray, along with a career-spanning CD compilation of live cuts.
