KoRn to reveal something on Wednesday

Posted by on June 24, 2019

This week is full of surprises as tomorrow (25th), we will hear Killswitch Engage’s new song “Unleashed” and now, it looks like KoRn are planning to unveil something new this coming Wednesday (26th). We aren’t sure if this means a new album, single, or both as the group have been teasing fans for an entire week with cryptic images on their Instagram. Looking at their website, we can only assume these images will be artwork for their follow-up to 2016’s The Serenity of Suffering

KoRn have been working on their new album for quite some time now as Jonathan Davis started tracking vocals back in January. We spoke to guitarist Brian “Head” Welch late last year as he expressed 2018 was the longest break the band has had. Looking at the group’s overall discography, three years is the longest gap they’ve had between releasing new music. KoRn will be teaming up with Alice In Chains next month for a co-headlining North American tour, perhaps we will hear something new from them before the trek kicks off on July 18th in Austin, TX. Check out the tour dates at this location.
