Marilyn Manson is making his rounds across Prime channels as he will be joining season three of the Starz series, American Gods. Deadline reports, the shock rocker will portray Johan Wengren, lead singer of the viking death metal band Blood Death.   

Showrunner Chic Eglee commented: 

“As a long-time admirer of his estimable talent as an author, artist, musician and actor, it is dope indeed to be working with Mr. Manson in Season 3 of American Gods.” 

While IMDB currently has Manson attached to one episode, Deadline reports the singer will be joining the show for a total of four.  

This isn’t the only series we will see Manson featured in as next year, we will watch Manson in at least ten episodes of HBO’s upcoming series The New Pope.
