Misfits tease sixth reunion show

Posted by on September 12, 2018

The reunited Misfits lineup with Glenn Danzig, Jerry Only and Doyle Wolfgang Von Frankenstein held their first performance since October 29th, 1983 on Sept. 4, 2016 at Riot Fest in Denver, CO. The lineup also included Dave Lombardo (ex-Slayer, Suicidal Tendencies) on Drums and Acey Slade (ex- Joan Jett & The Blackhearts) on second guitar. Last May, we saw the classic lineup perform their fifth show in 35 years at Newark’s Prudential Center in New Jersey and now, it looks like their sixth performance is on its way.

The rumor or tease arrived from Live Nation Chicago’s Twitter account sharing a cryptic photo with the caption “All Hell’s Gonna Break Loose.” We can only assume they were referencing the song “All Hell Breaks Loose” from 1982’s Walk Among Us. It’s only a matter of time until this mysterious Chicago gig gets announced. In the meantime, check out Danzig’s 30th Anniversary Tour dates at this location.
