Montréal, Quebec, Canada has officially been dubbed a “heavy metal city.” Global News reported, Councillor Craig Sauvé brought Cryptopsy, Necrotic Mutation, and Despised Icon CD’s to a city council meeting earlier this morning (15th), which led to a unanimous vote to declare Montréal a heavy metal city.
