Over It All has been in the midst of working on their debut album for more than a year. Now, the band has given an update on their progress, revealing that we could be hearing something from them sooner rather than later.

On March 22, a video was posted to the band’s Instagram of guitarist Lorenzo Antonucci working on the guitar part to a new song that bassist Javier Reyes sent him. The caption reads “We’re working on some shit that’s 🔥🔥🔥🔥 @jjavierreyess sending @lorenzoantonuccijr these insane riffs to learn and start practicing! He’s doing ok! Clearly needs some rehearsal but it’ll get there! Stay tuned for this summer! #OverItAll #ParadiseCity #SumerianRecords @drandallblythe will be dropping some VOX soon! LetsGooooooo!”

Over It All, featuring Lamb of God vocalist Randy Blythe, Animals As Leaders bassist Javier Reyes, former Sworn Enemy guitarist Lorenzo Antonucci, Mediaskare Records founder Baron Bodnar, and 33 & West booking agent JJ Cassiere, announced their formation back in January 2019. In the announcement, the band said they had rented a van to take them to the studio to work on music together. In February 2019, the band revealed that guitarist Nita Strauss had joined them to record a solo for one of their songs.

From there, it was pretty much radio silence until now.

In the meantime, Blythe remains busy with Lamb of God. The band is preparing to release their self-titled tenth studio album on May 8.
