Reunited thrashers Vio-lence have entered the studio to work on five new songs. The group are currently at Trident Studios in Pacheco, CA working on a new EP, expected to arrive later this year via Metal Blade Records. Guitarist Phil Demmel checked in with the following update via Instagram:
“It’s been just over 30 years since we’ve recorded an album together. I never thought this would be happening and that anyone would even care after so long. All of the support is so appreciated and we hope you enjoy the 5 new songs we are tracking. Perry is working hard on his tracks and we’ll start guitars next week. Going to be fun. Thanks again for joining us on this ride.”
