In some sad news, American Head Charge bassist Chad Hanks passed away at age 46. Hanks was diagnosed with cancer at the beginning of November and a benefit show was announced to help cover expenses. The benefit show/public memorial will be held at the First Avenue in Minneapolis, MN on November 26th. All proceeds will go towards funeral expenses.

As noted here, PayPal donations for his final expenses are being fielded via chadhanksbenefit@gmail.comand are encouraged to be sent as a friends and family/gift to avoid fees.
