Coronavirus: Circa Survive’s first leg of North American Tour w/ Polyphia & Gouge Away POSTPONED

Posted by on March 21, 2020

Circa Survive were forced to postpone the first leg of their Blue Sky Noise North American tour with Polyphia and Gouge Away due to the COVID-19 outbreak. The group are currently monitoring the situation and will update on the second leg.

Read statements below:

Circa Survive:

“Due to extreme circumstances outside of our control we are crushed to tell you that we are postponing the first leg of our Blue Sky Noise tour. (3/20 – 4/14) As of right now leg two (5/9 – 6/7) is still on the books but we are closely monitoring the situation.
We are currently working diligently to reschedule all shows of leg one as soon as possible & will of course honor all tickets already sold.
This is heartbreaking for all of us but we have to prioritize safety. We also felt that we have a responsibility to help reduce the stress on our hospitals so our health care system can deal with the virus at a realistic rate.
This party isn’t cancelled, it’s just postponed and it gives us all some more time to really get our dance moves down. Thank you for always being the supportive loving force that you are and always having our backs. It made this difficult decision slightly easier for us to make. Please stay safe, we love you.
Circa”

“As most of you already know we had to postpone the first leg of our BSN tour due to COVID-19. So many of you have reached out and asked how you can help us bridge the gap financially and it really means the world to us that you care. Like so many other performing artists we very much so depend on touring & merch sales to get by.
We are currently focusing on new ways to engage with you all that would also allow you to support us but until those come to fruition, online merch sales will be our next immediate line of support. With that said we are releasing a bunch of new shit and some golden oldies. All support is greatly appreciated.
Infinite Waves Of Gratitude & Love

Posted by on April 16, 2018

Circa Survive frontman Anthony Green has a pretty expressive voice, and while it’s high pitch often gets him and his band lumped in with emo, it’s more than that.
