2. Faith No More – December 1, 1990
Nowadays, people are simply ecstatic that Faith No More are back. But in 1990, they were a hot new band making huge waves with their album The Real Thing. Granted, the band made plenty of TV appearances over the following years. But watching a young Mike Patton literally climb the studio’s rafters while singing “Epic” made Faith No More one of the stand-out musical guests of that season.
