There’s not much to more to be said about Metallica’s third album Master of Puppets that hasn’t already been said. Today, the classic album by the biggest of the Big 4 turns 28. The last album with Cliff Burton on it, it was the first thrash album to go platinum. Since February 24th, 1986, it’s sold over six million copies in America alone, so if you haven’t revisited it in a while, sit back and take a listen. It’s eight songs are still timeless.
