Back in November, Nergal hinted that Behemoth would be touring North America with a “super evil” lineup this April. And now we know who’ll the Polish death metal group will be touring with this Spring, as they’ve been confirmed as the headliners of Decibel Magazine’s inaugural tour. Joining Behemoth on the road will be none other than Watain, The Devil’s Blood, and In Solitude.

Nergel himself had the following to say about the Decibel Magazine Tour (presented by by Metal Blade Records, IndieMerchStore.com, FYE, ESP Guitars and Good Fight Entertainment):

“Considering the fact that we’ll be sharing the stage with the most evil and uncompromising bands around—Watain, the Devil’s Blood and In Solitude—this already makes it a legendary bill that you can’t miss out on! Watch out. We won’t show up—we will ARRIVE with all the strength and might!”

Watain frontman Erik Danielsson had the following to add:

“It is a joint force of artistic adversity and sinister creativity, which makes me think of the glorious days when bands like Venom, Metallica, Exodus and Slayer toured together like a great middle finger raised towards their sheep-minded contemporaries.”

This tour will definitely gain lots of attention since it’ll be Behemoth’s first run in North America since Nergal’s bone marrow transplant. However, let’s not forget that this is also a pretty sick lineup. Indeed, Nergal wasn’t bullshitting about being on a “super evil” lineup. Tour dates, venues, ticket information and other details will be revealed on Tuesday (January 24) via Decibel Magazine Tour’s newly launched website, where you can also find out more details about special deals and packages.
