Swedish post-metal standard-bearers Cult of Luna don’t tour the United States that much. In fact, the last time they were going to, the tour dates were canceled and rescheduled, and they only played nine dates. We saw them back then, and it was incredible. So it was a little disappointing that when last year’s Mariner, which found them paired with Julie Christmas, came out, if only because we knew that we probably wouldn’t get a chance to see if live. That changed over the weekend, though, when the band posted the following video: 

Unfortunately, that’s all we have to go on for now. No tour dates have been announced yet, but at least we’ve got something to look forward to. And by that, we mean probably hearing Mariner played front to back. If you forgot how great the album is, listen below:
