Havok are about about to hit the road with Crowbar, Revocation and Fit For an Autopsy. However, when they do it, they’ll be doing some of it without their drummer Pete Webber. His mother was injured in an accident, so he’s doing the right thing and taking time off to be by her side. Thankfully, they’ve lined up a replacement, and won’t have to miss any tour dates. Wretched drummer Marshall Wieczorek will be filling in for some of the dates on the tour, which kicks off next week (11). Here’s what Webber said via the band’s Facebook:

“As some of you may have heard, my mother was in a tragic accident and is in very serious condition in the ICU in Boston. This unfortunately means I will have to miss out on at least a portion of our future shows. I must be by mom and family’s side during these difficult times…Our pal Marshall from Wretched will be filling in on my duties.

He is a good friend of ours and a great drummer! I know he will do an awesome job in my absence! I hope everyone understands and keeps my mom in their positive thoughts and prayers. It helps in a big way to have the support! I will return as soon as I can to my bros in Havok and wish them all the best on this next run!”
