This Thursday (3rd) Napalm Death’s co-headlining tour with Municipal Waste is scheduled to kick off in Dallas, TX. Unfortunately, these grindcore giants will be performing without bassist Shane Embury. Embury has announced via the band’s Facebook that “due to circumstances beyond anyone’s control,” he’s unable to be part of the upcoming trek. The group’s good friend, Vernon Blake will be filling in for Embury’s absence.

Due to circumstances beyond anyone’s control, I will not be able to grind on the US tour with Sick of It All and Municipal Waste. Driving the bass bulldozer will be Vernon Blake, long-time friend and veteran grindcore/hardcore dealer with his Rigid Records label.
