On Tuesday (13), Talking Metal’s Emily Strigl interviewed ex-KISS guitarist Ace Frehley and his fiancee Rachel on the black carpet at the Revolver Music Awards in New York City. Frehley discussed his upcoming plans for 2017, mentioning working on his second book, going on tour January 18, hitting the studio for a new album, and heading to South America this spring. Frehley took a slight step back, unable to recall his last time in South America stating:

“First time in South America since I toured there with KISS. So this is a busy year, and next year’s gonna be probably busier.”

Strigl also asked about a potential reunion with KISS, which has been all the talk lately. Frehley replied:

“I haven’t heard anything from Paul and Gene. Although I did get a text from Gene the other day, he wanted to come see me perform this January. So, you know, maybe he’ll pop the big question, who knows? Whatever happens, we’re all good. It’s all good.”

It wasn’t too long ago, Frehley spoke to Eddie Trunk on his Siriusxm show “Trunk Nation” about a reunion.
