Much like Breaking Benjamin, Atreyu were incredibly popular in the last decade, then stopped putting out albums in 2009 and going on hiatus (both bands were also on Hollywood Records, coincidence?). Also like BB, the band are releasing their first album of original music in six years. We’ve already gotten a chance to hear “So Others May Live,” the first taste of the band’s new album. Now they’ve released a video for the song via Alternative Press. Footage was filmed at the band’s show at the Observatory last year in California.
You’ll be able to grab a 7″ single of “So Others May Live” on Record Store Day. it will come with a new track from the band’s forthcoming album, called “When the Day Is Done.” The band’s album is due out later this year on Spinefarm Records.
