Icelandic black metal outfit Auðn have announced their new album, Vökudraumsins fangi, will be released on October 30th via Season of Mist. To celebrate the follow-up to 2017’s Farvegir fyrndar, the group has unveiled a video created by the band’s own Andri Björn for the first single, “Eldborg.” 

The group comments:

“It is with great pleasure that we unveil the first track from ‘Vökudraumsins fangi,’ a track that embodies Iceland’s furious awe and fear inducing pits of fire. These ever looming harbingers of destruction have countless faces, this is ‘Eldborg.'”
