We’ve already heard a snippet of it, and now the first taste of Avenged Sevenfold’s sixth album is out. The title track of the band’s sixth album, Hail to the King, went out to radio early this morning, and the band has released a video for the song that consists of footage of the band playing along with the non-subtle reminder that the album will be released on August 24. The song doesn’t differ that drastically from what we’ve already heard – it’s a solid straight-ahead metal song that should appeal to their huge non-metal fanbase, but is heavy enough that metal fans shouldn’t write it off either. It kind of reminds us of Manowar, seeing that those guys write songs about hailing and kings as well. Check it out below.
