Beartooth continue to roll out their sophomore album, Aggressive, with a marketing campaign that can only be described as, well, you know… We were unaware that Slipknot and Stone Sour frontman Corey Taylor had his own radio show on Beats 1, but he does, and it’s called A Series of Bleeps.  Apparently, they’re up to episode 10 on his show, and yesterday, when debuting the third song that’s been released from the album, “Loser,” Taylor stated that “Beartooth give me hope for the future.”

There’s no reason that the singer would have said that if he didn’t believe it, and listening to “Loser,” you can see why he might like the song from the Ohio metalcore band. It’s very much in keeping with Stone Sour, in that it’s aggressive, riff-driven, but has a chorus that could you could imagine Taylor himself singing.
