Best Music Videos of the Week Ending 3/17

Posted by on March 17, 2017

Let’s face it, nothing will beat Mastodon’s new video for “Show Yourself,” it’s even more hysterical than Steel Panther’s new Panthermoji app. This week we were able to explore life on the road with Kvelertak’s new video and learned to assume Linkin Park’s new videos most likely won’t be featured in these week’s end lists. With that said, here are this week’s best music videos.

5) Loathe, “It’s Yours”

The experimental and conceptual outfit Loathe premiered the new song and video “It’s Yours” taken from their upcoming debut album The Cold Sun out on April 14. Pre-orders are available here.

4) Animals As Leaders, “Cognitive Contortions”

Animals As Leaders unveiled a new music video for “Cognitive Contortions,” taken from their latest album The Madness of Many, which was released last November via Sumerian Records.

3) Labyrinth, “Bullets

It’s been seven years since Labyrinth’s album 2010’s Return to Heaven Denied Pt. II: “A Midnight Autumn’s Dream.” After seven years, their new album Architecture Of A God is finally on it’s way on April 21st via Frontiers. This week the Italian power metallers released the video for the new tune “Bullets.”

2) Steel Panther, “I Got What You Want”

We are one week away until Steel Panther releases Lower the Bar on March 24th. This week, they released a new video for the song “I Got What You Want.” The filming for this video took place during their sold out 2016 UK Arena tour

1)Obituary, “Ten Thousand Ways To Die”

It looks like Obituary topped Mastodon’s “Show Yourself” video with the new animated video for “Ten Thousand Ways To Die” taken from their self-titled album out TODAY via Relapse Records.
