Bring Me The Horizon Debut “Sleepwalking” Video

Posted by on March 4, 2013

After their album leaked and Bring me the Horizon pushed the release date of Sempiternal from April 30 to April 2, they’ve also gone ahead and debuted a new video for “Sleepwalking.” A commenter on the YouTube page notes that the song sounds like Linkin Park, which is what we thought upon first listen as well. “Shadow Moses” was both catchy and heavy, but “Sleepwalking” seems like they’re swinging for the fences. It can’t hurt – it’s not like Bring me the Horizon have anything to lose. Doesn’t seem like there’s going to be too many people claiming the band sold out, given that they have a much younger fan base than many other metalcore bands. And let’s not forget, Skrillex did programming for their last album, There is a Hell Believe Me I’ve Seen It, If There’s a Heaven Let’s Keep It A Secret, so the band might actually be ahead of the curve. But yeah, about the heaviest thing in the video is the fact that Oli Sykes is wearing a Death shirt. Check out the video after the jump.
