On March 3rd, Junius will be releasing Eternal Rituals For the Accretion of Light on Prosthetic Records. The band’s atmospheric post-metal is moving and sweeping, and today the band released a second video from the album. “Clean the Beast” is the polar opposite of “The Queen’s Constellation,” the first video from the album. While the first video showed tranquil shots of winter and nature, this song, which is heavier than the first song, is also heavier in tone. Te timely clip shows much of the protesting that’s been going on in the country in the past year, from Richard Spencer getting punched in the face on Inauguration day to the Dakota Access Pipeline protesters getting sprayed. There’s also footage of nuclear bombs, forest fires and buildings being blown up. We can’t understand the lyrics on first listen, but from the song title, w’ere assuming that it’s a protest song, which the world needs more of right now.

Eternal Rituals For the Accretion of Light will be released on March 3 on Prosthetic Records and can be preordered here.
