When we saw In This Moment on tour in support of Black Widow, it was the first time we’d seen them in a while. They’ve morphed into much more of a performance band, with multiple set pieces and costume changes for singer Maria Brink. In short, the theatricality of their videos carries over into their live show now. And Brink can’t claim that her image is being manipulated, as she proudly directed the band’s latest video, for “Sex Metal Barbie,” which premiered at Loudwire. Full of woozy camera angles and lots of Brinx (and even a little bit of the rest of the band), it makes her look like a cross between Marilyn Manson, Lady Gaga and Beyonce.
