Metallica share video on guitar created from wood scrapings of Carlson garage

This Friday (13th), Metallica’s re-release of The $5.98 EP – Garage Days Re-Revisited will arrive. To celebrate the classic re-issue, these legends shared a story about the iconic Carlson Garage (3132 Carlson Blvd., El Cerrito, CA), the famous location where Ride the Lightning and Master of Puppets were written. James Hetfield has revealed he used the wood from this famous garage to build a new guitar.
