Slipnot has just released a behind the scene video of the making of “The Devil in I.” In this video Shawn “Clown” Crahan, who directed the piece, explains how and why each band member dies.

Said Clown:

“This video is about finding past devils, past things, becoming one with it, and then doing away with it.”

This song was the first official single from the recently released, .5: The Gray Chapter, which topped the Billboard charts, selling around 132,000 copies in its first week of release.

The video for “The Devil in I” is where the identity of the unknown bass player first became known, as tattoo’s in this video matched those of Alessandro Venturella, who played in Krokodi. Venturella, along with drummer Jay Weinberg, have since been pretty much confirmed as being in Slipknot.
