While we’ve seen Slipknot unleash two new singles for their upcoming album, there are bands that follow a different promotional path. While Tool has premiered two new songs live as well as confirming their new album will be released on August 30th, the band hasn’t officially released a new single as they’ve been rather cryptic about the follow-up to 2006’s 10,000 Days. Last night (21st), the group re-confirmed the new album’s release date by sharing a teaser clip on social media that included a brand new logo.

It wasn’t too long ago when the band’s profile appeared on Spotify and Apple Music, perhaps this means the group’s music will be available on streaming services once the new album is finally released.
