We know that New Zealand singer-songwriter Kimbra is a big fan of The Dillinger Escape Plan. And we also know that she is planning to collaborate with guitarist Ben Weinman. So it isn’t too shocking to learn than Weinman joined the singer onstage.

Kimbra was performing at Webster Hall Friday night (October 20) as part of the CMJ Marathon in New York when Weinman came onstage to perform “Come Into My Head.” As expected, video of the performance has made its way online and can be seen above (Weinman pops up around the 2:35 mark). The performance definitely makes us even more interested in hearing what Weinman and Kimbra will create in the studio.
