Hailing from Edmonton, Alberta, Canada, All Else Fails unleashed their EP The False Sanctuary this past December. Today (25th), we are excited to premiere their video for the song “Thrice Broken.” The group’s overall sound is a blend between metalcore and progressive experimentations, which pairs well with those who enjoy bands such as Killswitch Engage and In Flames. The clip was recorded last year, internationally with vocalist/guitarist Barrett Klesko in Joshua Tree, USA and guitarist Mike Sands in Örebro, Sweden. Between the visually stunning location landscapes, to the emotional melodic breakdown and haunting riffs, it’s a video that will grasp your attention.

Klesko commented:

“We shot each scene in this video last year internationally, my shots ( Barrett Klesko: Vocals, Guitar, Programming) in Joshua Tree, CA, and Mike’s (Mike Sands: Guitar) in Orebro, Sweden, both of us there for reasons unrelated to the band. It’s analogous to where the band was in regards to our lineup over the past couple of years, all of us growing further apart due to new interests, but still having passion for the project. This is the last piece of music that Mike and I collaborated on, and I’m super proud of it. It’s totally a different approach for us (a ballad style remake of a previous song), and an awesome way to close off this chapter of AEF as we dive into the new one.”
