Volbeat sound a lot like The Misfits channeled through Social Distortion, so it shouldn’t be that much a surprise that the Danish band has a healthy amount of respect for the former act. In fact, they brought Misfits bassist/vocalist Jerry Only onstage for a cover of “Angelfuck” last night (6) at Poughkeepsie NY’s Mid-Hudson Civic Center. It’s fan-filmed footage, so it sounds awful, but you can get the gist of it. Now that that’s over with, he can get back to getting sued by his former bandmate.
