It’s the moment we’ve been waiting for since Testament revealed the cover artwork and confirmed the release date for their new album Dark Roots Of Earth. Last night, the Bay Area thrash legends premiered a new track from the record called “True American Hate.”

The song premiered on Blabbermouth, but can be heard in the player below thanks to our buds at Skulls N’ Bones. And to simply put it, there is nothing to hate about “True American Hate.” The guitar riffs are killer, and Gene Hoglan’s drumming is off the hook (unless this was one of the tracks Lamb Of God’s Chris Adler recorded). If the rest of Dark Roots Of Earth sounds as solid as this song, then we are psyched beyond belief to hear it.

So stop wasting any more of your time this morning and listen to Testament’s “True American Hate” after the jump. And in case you didn’t know, Dark Roots Of Earth comes out on July 31 via Nuclear Blast Records.
